The conference, organised by the National Human Rights Committee of Qatar (NHRC) in conjunction with the Arab Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ANNHRI), brings together some 400 participants with the aim of developing strategies to combat the spread of hate speech and extremism in the Arab world, which could then be shared with the international community.
